The Foundation spent the first couple of months of 2019 looking for a UK based project to support and came across an article in a newspaper about Northleigh House School in Warwick.
Viv and Fred Morgan, the founders of the school, were moved to take action by stories of bullying in secondary schools and the tragic suicide of a young girl locally.
They opened the school in 2012 in their own home creating a truly personalised student led curriculum that encompasses both academic and therapeutic support and embeds within it the school’s core values of: Positive Self Esteem, Confidence in one’s own judgement, Self-Reliance, Ambition, Compassion and Independence.
The school strives to achieve a happy, safe and nurturing environment where children can grow and develop to their full potential.
The Morgan’s were awarded the Pride of Britain Special Recognition award in 2015 for their extraordinary dedication.
